This bill, known as the Escort Services Accountability and Permit Act, was introduced by Senator Christensen and still hasn’t been advanced from the Judiciary Committee to be debated by the full legislature.
Nebraska Family Council strongly supports LB314 because we believe most, if not all escort agencies are simply fronts for prostitution rings. Many women and children in the sex industry in Nebraska are victims of human trafficking and are not able to get out of the industry.
